Rambles and what I am up to.

Purpose of today’s post.

In regards to last week I was once again unsure what to write about today. I found that I wanted today to just be a bit of rambling about whatever I want to talk about and I hope you all will find it interesting. I have a couple scheduled post topics in the following days and I am excited to share a bit of a look into those here in this post today as well.

I’m going to watch a movie today!

But not just any movie, I am going to watch the demon slayer movie. The movie is only out in movie theaters, and i will take all covid precautions. I have been vaccinated once and have scheduled my second vaccine for this Thursday. With that said They only do the movie in theaters and I bought myself a ticket. The nearest movie theater was in a city 44 minutes from where I currently live, and they also are the nearest city with a dairy queen. Hence today is going to be a dairy queen and demon slayer day. I plan to blog about the movie and my thoughts on it either for tomorrow or Thursdays blog. I would count on it tomorrow as I want to be able to write about it while it is still fresh in my mind.

I have my next vtuber lined up.

I got into contact with the next vtuber I am going to write about. I don’t want to spoil to much but I will hint that they have been mentioned in another vtuber spotlight, as they were working on a project with another vtuber. They have expressed excitement about reading the article once it is done. For me it was a different process, as usually I use Twitter DMs to contact the vtuber I am writing about but their DMs were closed. So I had to contact them through discord which I barely ever use. This was certainly unique and raised the question for me. If I could not contact a vtuber, would I still do an article about them? At the moment I am leaning more towards a no. I have no qualms giving them a twitter shout out, but I do like to have at least something unique on my blog about a vtuber they can’t find elsewhere. Usually I would say this is their story or lead up into the creating of their vtuber and delving into the community. If that is told elsewhere but really hard to find like buried as a reply to a comment on a stream I do still like to have that in a reference-able place like my blog. But If that is the case I also try to get something new about them, whether it be a fun fact or anything at all.

The Josh fight.

I just wanted to talk about this because I thought it was super neat and cool. It was a fight that has been led to for about a year I believe and it seemed super wholesome. There is a debate about whether or not it was covid smart to have all these people from other states show up, but there has not been any backlash and it seemed those attending for the most part wore masks. Also at the end of the day it was completely wholesome and a kid won and probably had the time of his life. I know if I was his age and I got to go to something like that I would have had a blast and the footage of the fight seems surreal. It sort of shows just how bad people miss going out with friends and families, to conventions whether it be comic-con, anime-con, mine-con, etc. Concerts have been sorely missed and it gives everyone a sort of ray of hope that soon extroverts unlike myself can go out and party with friends again. That introverts like me can go out to eat with a close group of friends on a good quiet night out. I do miss that to some extent.

A massive thank you.

I just want to thank you all for all the views that I have gotten through the past month ish I have been blogging. I fully expected to start and get 0 to 1 view a week but I have consistently at least gotten about 5 or more every single day. Some of you may be return readers, and some may be one time readers who will never see this message, and a lot are passive readers. Whatever category you are or if you are your own kind I want to thank you all so much. I was very nervous about putting work out onto the internet and have always been very socially anxious. This has shown me that I need not fear people or criticism as bad as I thought and everyone I have interacted with here or twitter have been incredibly kind to me and I highly appreciate it. Because of that I want to leave you with a picture of each of my dogs I posted on twitter here to hopefully brighten up any fans I may have day.

Closure.

I just thanked you all but again one last time thank you all. Especially if you read all of the article I do put a lot of work into them even these types of posts and I am always elated that you love them. Please follow me here and on twitter that is linked here as well for more content from me. Otherwise I will see you tomorrow for the demon slayer movie review and I hope to see you there!
